Michael Casey
Michael Casey is an Ohio native who for the past 25 years has been an entrepreneur in the direct marketing industry specializing in fitness, health and wellness. After attending Kent State University for Finance, Michael started selling exercise and wellness products through a chain of sporting goods stores created and owned by him.
Following a successful five year expansion of his retail outlets he sold his stores enabling him to relocate to Hong Kong, where he successfully established a fitness factory that manufactured and distributed his products to over 80 countries worldwide. It was then Michael expanded with offices in Denmark and Florida and continued developing and marketing new and innovative fitness machines and concepts globally. Currently, Michael's products are sold around the world and have been credited with helping people change their lives. To date, Michael has sold over $2 billion dollars in gross sales worldwide.
Recently, Michael relocated the company's main offices to Austin, TX, but it was during his years in his Palm Springs residence that he realized the need to help others and get involved. Michael credits Arlene Rosenthal with leading him to the Well, which is why even as a Texas resident he continues to be involved and has just recently commissioned an architect to start the planning for the new state of the art Well In The Desert campus.
Michael believes in what Well stands for and is convinced that the story for the Well and its ability to change an entire community, has yet be to written. |
